Born Freudian, over time I welcomed an Integrated Bio-Psycho-Social Model and Behavioural-Cognitive Psychology. This led me to integrate even more tools and models to offer bespoke therapy to people looking for joint care for body and mind.

I value therapeutic alliance as well as the relationship with my the patients, whose phase of life is an element of importance. I always welcom cultural differences and origins. I like working per focuses establishing goals and steps with people. I also trained myself in the MBSR Protocol.

I enjoy promoting a healthy and holistic lifestyle suggesting meditation, yoga, healthy food programs, relaxing acupuncture or physiotherapy. Over time, I built a network of specialists to work with. My recent experience with outstanding corporate clients in London increased my knowledge in working with stress related difficulty and work-life balance.
